Refunds, Exchanges, & Shipping

SHIPPING

Most items are processed, wrapped and shipped same afternoon or the next business day (not counting weekends). We process orders in the order in which they are received. You will receive a tracking email from our website once a shipping label is printed for your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking number, check your junk folder. If you cannot find email, you can email us and we can provide tracking number for order. If you need guaranteed 1,2, or 3 day shipping, email us to find out the best option for this and to ensure it happens. UPS Ground is anywhere from 1 day (within Georgia) to 5 days depending on your location and distance from Georgia. The delivery time quote under USPS Priority or UPS Ground is for how long the package will be in transit once they pickup the package. It does not figure in time for processing the order, wrapping, pickup or weekends. If items are missing from your order, we may try to contact you to see how to proceed, delaying the shipment of your order. SHIPPING QUOTES

For shipping cost, you will have to add items to your cart and begin the checkout process, entering your shipping address, for a shipping quote. We cannot give you a quote as cost depends on weight of items, dimensions of box, and your destination, which our website is configured to estimate. We do not charge extra for handling. We charge only what shipping carriers charge us.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

If you receive an item that was damaged in shipment, please contact us at (229)533-4314 or sgracefarms@hotmail.com and we will send you a replacement right away if available. We can also refund the order according to your needs. If you receive the wrong item by mistake, contact us for an exchange or return/refund. We will cover the cost of shipping for items that are our mistake or broken.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you would like to return your item or exchange, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Contact us for a return and we can send you a return label to return item to us. All returns/exchanges must be within 30 days of receiving the item.
